Unionizing Starbucks employees. The idea seems so antiquated, and the circumstances surrounding employement at Starbucks don't generally allow themselves to such organization:
"The home of the cinnamon dolce latte seems an improbable hothouse for a workers' revolution. So it is with any fast-food shop. Workers in that sector don't generally expect a career there. Who cares what your third-year wage increase will be if you plan to stick around for only six months?"
However, there seems to be a point to the protest. And isn't that's all that's necessary anymore? I mean, that a movement be reasonably calculated to effect some change really is immaterial these days...
